Through a confidential, HIPAA compliant Zoom link, therapist and client are able to use the video sessions to engage in therapy with the convenience and flexibility of being together in our own private spaces.

Online therapy is great when clients have:

• difficulty with transportation

• an inflexible schedule/ time limited
