{Creative Wellness} for Women
Art Therapy Counseling Coaching
A Little About Me
I’m a lifelong learner, always expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. In my free time, you’ll find me hyperfocused on DIY projects, playing in the garden or watching cooking shows. I enjoy listening to music, spending time in nature, and being creative with my husband and kids.
As a homeschooling mom, I know the need for community and support-- and as an introvert, I know the need for quiet to recharge.
When you’re ready to start your journey toward healing and growth,
I’d love to walk alongside you.

I'm a therapist who works specifically with women (ages 12+) through all phases of life,
including the rollercoaster journey into and through motherhood as well as into peri/menopause.
If you're feeling
overwhelmed, stuck, hopeless
or just need a space
to process life’s challenges,
You’re in the right place!
Life is full of transitions,

My Approach
Therapy with me is always a collaborative process and often involves creativity- either in problem solving or art making. I use an expressive arts and strengths-based approach, weaving in narrative and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you explore your inner world. Therapy isn’t just about what happens in our sessions—It's about helping you understand and shift your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I provide hands-on strategies to support meaningful change in your daily life.
My trauma training and experience allow me to guide clients to healing in a way that feels safe and empowering-- gently navigating the wounds that may be holding you back, so you can step into a life of healing, growth, and resilience. If you're ready to move forward, I’m here to walk with you.
Lived Experience That Informs My Work
As someone living with the trifecta of HSP (Highly Sensitive Personality), ADHD, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), I deeply relate to the challenges that come with navigating a world that isn’t always designed for our unique brains and bodies.
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel the ups and downs of hormones, constantly manage energy levels and symptoms, feel and process life deeply, and adapt to limitations while still striving for a life of peace and wellness.
I am able to offer not just clinical expertise but also lived life experiences that allow me to "get it" in genuine ways with empathy, understanding, and practical strategies that actually work in real life.
