Finding Healing
from Trauma
with EMDR
and Brainspotting

Two effective methods I offer are
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and Brainspotting.
EMDR is a proven therapy that helps you process and heal from traumatic memories. In our sessions, you’ll be guided to recall distressing experiences while engaging in guided eye movements. This process helps reduce the emotional charge of the memories and allows you to see them in a new, healthier way.
With EMDR, we’ll work through:
Identifying the trauma and creating a plan.

Reducing the intensity of traumatic memories.
Reinforcing positive beliefs to replace negative ones.

Brainspotting is a type of mindfulness therapy that helps process trauma by focusing on specific eye positions. This technique helps access and release deep-seated emotions and physical tension related to your trauma.
Brainspotting can help with:
