I approach therapy from an expressive arts, strengths-based approach incorporating narrative and cognitive behavioral methods while exploring the inner thought and feeling life of clients as they share in session. Practical, actionable strategies are used to help with real life changes outside the sessions. My trauma training and experience allows me to help clients address wounds that hold them back from healing and growth.
I consider myself a student of life, always pursuing personal growth and expanding my expertise professionally to meet the needs of clients. I enjoy all things DIY and creative including gardening, natural living and essential oils. I enjoy spending time in nature, listening to music, being creative with my kids and husband, and snuggling with Maggie, the family dog.
